I have met a couple but there are not many.
My grandmother remarried into a Scottish family who had relatives that came from Stornaway in the Outer Hebrides and Gaelic was their first language.
Weird English accent too. If anyone remembers the Stoneybridge sketches from Absolutely that is it perfectly.

I've met loads of paddies who can speak Irish and if you go to any shop in North Wales you'll here people speaking Klingon to each other, literally never met one Scotch who spoke Gaelic though.

I suppose you could say the same for the Irish with Gaelic and the Welsh with their own language.
